14) Forget the user's and privileged password?
• Turn off PC, remove Wizard card and then execute CLEAR.EXE for 8.2, 11.0 and CLRCARD.COM for 9.2 and 9.21 under pure DOS environment.

15) Why my data on hard disk cannot be protected under Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003?
• The reason is that NT driver of Wizard Card does not find during starting Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003, u will heard low-high-
low-high sound of bell if Wizard Card is not installed or failed to load driver. If Windows starting finished, you must run SETUP.

16) What should I do if the computer reacts quite slowly after installing Wizard Card?
• Run Disk defragmenter in operating system and restart the computer. Then reinstall, the problem will be resolved.
